The man and woman were charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child around 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 17 at the Americana Manhasset Mall, police said. According to Nassau County Police detectives, Jingcai Zhou, age 34, and Lu Lu, age 28,  from Flushing, Queens, parked their 2019 Mercedes Benz in a parking lot located at 2046 Northern Blvd.  The couple’s 1-year-old boy was sleeping in a rear child seat when the parents left him to enter a building in the vicinity of the parking lot.
